Welcome to The Little Sparks. We're here to provide help and guidance to families, schools, service providers and employers of people with autism. We provide a hands on, personalised service to give you the best chance of meeting the unique and individual needs of autistic children, colleagues and customers.
Who we are

We are Leanne and Victoria, two sisters passionate about improving the lives of children navigating the world on the autistic spectrum. We've amassed a great deal of both professional and personal experience working with autistic children and have seen first hand the huge difference that even small interventions can make. We offer advice and provide resources to help make the world a more accessible place for autistic children and their families. We're here to support you and help those little sparks grow.

Leanne
I have worked in mainstream schools specifically supporting children on the autistic spectrum for over a decade. I've been lucky enough to attend conferences and courses to further my understanding of the neurodivergent mind. After raising my own child with autism for the past six years, I am more passionate than ever about early intervention. I've learnt so much from my unique and wonderful daughter and I'm eager to help children (and their families) to remove barriers and become the best version of themselves they can be.

Victoria
I have always been passionate about working with children. From the age of sixteen I have worked in nurseries, as a registered childminder and in both mainstream and special education schools. To further my understanding and improve my skill set, I gained a degree in Early Years and Education followed by a postgraduate diploma in Children & Young People's Mental Health and Wellbeing.

Throughout our respective journeys we have been struck by the lack of support offered to children and families, particularly before starting school and in those first key years. Early intervention can have a huge impact and significantly help children communicate and transition. Our aim is to reduce anxiety for children and their caregivers and help bridge the gap for families awaiting support from overloaded services.
